Do you remove my old flooring?
Yes. Removal and disposal of your existing flooring is part of our installation service, along with a subfloor inspection before the new floor goes down.
Do you use subcontractors for installation?
No. Every installation is performed by our own W2 employees, never a subcontracted crew, so the same team and standard carries from estimate through final walkthrough.
Do baseboards and trim work cost extra?
Baseboards, trim, and other finish carpentry are not automatically included and can add additional charges depending on scope. We will note this specifically when we quote your project.
Do I have to buy my flooring from Lexington LVP to get it installed?
